Fun Shots ( included in Service/ Reception time allowance) Your very own MTV clip full of energy to your favourite rock music. Choose a song, learn the words, allow half an hour in your schedule, bring the music CD with you on your wedding day and leave the rest to us! Shot on the photo shoot. We need the first 30 minutes (so we don't miss anything at the reception) An injection of adrenaline into your wedding video-DVD. This can be as full on el wacko or toned down as you want. Discussed at our final meeting. A great contrast to the emotive feeling in the rest of The "Magic Moments" clip. Your chance for ideas! |

Pre Wedding Movie
( up to 3 hrs attendance) A chance to start your wedding day film with an intimate romantic contemporary sequence. Due to high demand for our services during the wedding season, these sequences are filmed between May and September. We can select a couple of locations and explore your relationship visually say at a beach, park, forest etc. Short interviews are done to obtain sound bites which are placed under beautiful slo-mo clips of the couple. A musical underscore truly makes this a romantic work which can either open your "Magic Moments" clip or be played separately at the reception to wow your guests just before your grand entrance. If the latter, data projector hire is extra. |

Copies:
All our Weddings are packaged with a custom designed sleeve and matching disc label.
DVD $85 (dual disc set) One disc is "Magic Moments" other disc is all footage unedited.
DVD $60 (single disc ) "Magic Moments"
Different formats for other countries ie NTSC available on request.
Editing
Production time for your completed DVD is about 4-6 weeks, after which a proof copy will be available for your approval before the final master copy is produced.
Any re-edits after the proof will be chargeable. Additional extended end sequences can be added and will be quoted separately.
Meals for the Camera Crew
It would be appreciated that refreshments and meal be provided for the camera crew at the
same time as the guests are partaking in the wedding breakfast.
This is to ensure that the crew does not have to leave the venue and is on hand to cover the cutting of the cake and to set up the equipment for the recording of the speeches.
From experience it is best for the camera operator to eat as early as possible in order to be
"ready and waiting" for the MC to signal commencement of proceedings.

Booking fee
Is payable at the time of booking to secure your wedding day. The balance is due at our final meeting about one to two weeks before the big day. Travel and accommodation charges may be incurred depending on wedding location. The above prices are GST inclusive. |
